9:00 - 9:30 AM: Meet Up and Swim with Your Frog 

During this time, we encourage all swimmers to join up with their designated frog for some quality bonding time in the pool. If your frog isn't available on any given Friday, don't worry - our coaches will be on hand to pair you up with someone else for the day. This is a lively and warm session where kids can enjoy the rewards of summer swimming. Whether practicing dives, swimming laps together, or simply hanging out, it's all about fostering friendships and having fun.

9:30 - 10:00 AM: Whole Team Gathering under the Pavilion 

After the swim session, we'll convene under the pavilion for a delicious donut treat. While enjoying these tasty snacks, we'll announce individual events and relays for upcoming meets. Additionally, we'll recognize our outstanding swimmers of the week for each age group, celebrating their dedication and achievements of hard work throughout the week.

10:00 - 10:45 AM: Water Polo for Nine and Up 

For our older swimmers aged nine and up, we invite you to stick around for an exciting game of water polo. It's a fantastic opportunity to hone your teamwork skills and have a blast in the water.

For June 12th only

Volunteer job sign ups will open on Saturday, June 1 at 9 am for one week to allow volunteers to sign up for your 4 (four) jobs plus 1 (one) set up AND 1 (one) clean up; OR 4 (four jobs plus 2 (two) clean ups. Further information on how to do this will come once registration has closed and we are communicating through swimtopia. Job descriptions can be found under the “About” tab - “Volunteer Job Descriptions” on the Frogs webpage. If you have any questions about jobs, please ask! Most jobs need no experience or advanced training, and often roles that sound intimidating (i.e. “Head Timer”) are not actually as high pressure as the title implies. If you are interested in the role of “stroke and turn judge” or “starter” please reach out to us as there is training for these roles on June 12.

It’s our end of season celebration! 

The FROGS tradition is to close the swim season with the ANNUAL SWIM TEAM BANQUET. Join the team for dinner, awards, dessert, tadpole race, team slideshow, and of course swimming.

Please let us know whether or not you can attend, and then check the volunteer sign up! 

Important Notes when submitting RSVP: Please indicate ages of children who will be attending with you that are NOT registered in Swimtopia in the COMMENTS (to help calculate quantity of food). 

What is the Cost?

$10 per person for adults and kids ages 10 and up 

$5 per person for ages 4-9 

Free for 3 and under
